Order Processing

Processing Times: Orders placed before 11:00 A.M. CST on a business day (Monday-Friday) will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends (Friday after 11:00 A.M. CST through Sunday) will be processed the next business day.
High-Volume Periods: Please note that processing times may be extended during sales events and the holiday season.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Carriers: We ship all packages via major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, as managed through ShipStation.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $20. Free shipping orders are typically sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and are estimated to arrive within 2-8 business days after processing.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times for all shipping methods are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Wyatt Purp, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, carrier errors).
Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Please be aware that tracking information may not update for several days, especially during high-volume periods. For issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Military Addresses: Please allow up to 14 business days for transit to APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates & Restrictions

Shipping Rates: All available shipping methods and their corresponding rates will be displayed at checkout.
State & Local Laws: As the customer, you are responsible for knowing and abiding by all state and local laws regarding the products you purchase.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Idaho, New Hampshire, or South Dakota. If you receive a "No shipping rates available" message, it means we do not currently ship to your location.

International Orders

Customs & Delivery: International shipping times are not guaranteed. While we assist in facilitating customs clearance, Wyatt Purp, LLC is not responsible for any shipments seized or delayed by customs. International customers order at their own risk.
Returned Orders: If an international order is returned to us by customs, we will notify you and may, at our discretion, attempt to reship the order or cancel it and issue a refund.

Order Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@wyattpurp.com. Provide a brief description of the issue and clear photographs of the products and packaging.
Backorders: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for a suitable replacement. If we are unable to reach you, we may, at our discretion, remove the item from your order and issue a refund for that item.
